Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • For green dough- all purpose flour-1cup


  • Salt- 1/2teaspoon


  • Oil-1tablespoons


  • Spinach puree-2tablespoons


  • For Orange dough- all purpose flour- 1cup


  • Tomato puree- 1/4cup


  • Salt- 1/2 teaspoon


  • Oil- 1 tablespoons


  • For white dough- all purpose flour- 1cup


  • Salt- 1 / 2 teaspoon


  • Oil-1tbs


  • For chaat-onion- 2. Fine chopped


  • Tomato- 2fine chopped


  • Cucumber- 1peel n fine chopped


  • Boil potato- 2 fine chopped


  • Coriander leaves- 1tablespoons


  • Roasted cumin powder- 1/2teaspoon


  • Black salt-1/2teaspoon


  • Green chutney- 1tablespoons


  • Tomato sauce- 1tablespoons


  • Curd- 1tablespoons


  • Sprouts- 1cup


  • Sev- 1tablespoons for garnish


  • Pomogranet seeds- 1tablespoons For garnish


  • For moyan-all purpose flour- 1tablespoons


  • Oil- 2tablespoons

Directions

  • First we make moyan mixture so that our Khasta make more crispy
  • Take a bowl add 1tablespoons of apf and 2tablespoons of oil and mix them well. Keep aside
  • Now for green dough- Take all green dough ingredients in a bowl and knead a semi soft dough with water . Cover it and keep aside for rest
  • For Orange dough- Take all Orange dough ingredients in a bowl and knead a semi soft dough with water. Cover it and keep aside for rest
  • For white dough- Take all white dough ingredients in a bowl and knead a medium soft dough. Cover it and keep aside
  • Now make small size balls with all three dough and roll them with rolling pin .
  • Now take Orange colour poori and apply moyan mixture on it now cover with white poori and apply moyan mixture on it now cover with green poori and apply moyan mixture on it .
  • Now cut into strips. Now roll the strips and make balls. Now roll the balls with rolling pin .Now deep fry them till crispy.
  • Now add all chat ingredients into a bowl and mix them well.
  • Now take a friyed khasta spread chat mixture on it now spread green chutney, Curd and tomato sauce.
  • Now garnish with coriander leaves, sev and pomogranet seeds
